Under no circumstances do we process, fulfill, or dispatch orders to international destinations, U.S. territories outside the contiguous and non-contiguous states, or international freight forwarding addresses. This exhaustive packaging protocol ensures that high-value, structurally sensitive, or display-box toys arrive at your doorstep in immaculate, gift-ready condition, fully protected against the mechanical stresses of the national freight network.
We believe in absolute logistical transparency. The moment your parcel is manifested and a shipping label is generated, an automated communication containing a unique, verifiable Tracking Number will be transmitted to the email address associated with your order. This allows you to monitor the real-time geographical progression of your purchase through the carrier’s centralized tracking portal until final delivery is confirmed.
The consumer assumes sole legal responsibility for providing a complete, accurate, and secure U.S. shipping address at the time of checkout (including correct apartment, suite, or unit numbers).
Undeliverable as Addressed: If a parcel is returned to our New Jersey fulfillment center by the carrier due to an "Insufficient Address," "Undeliverable as Addressed," or if the recipient actively refuses delivery, the order will be subjected to our standard Return Policy protocols. The original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and return transit penalty fees levied by the carrier will be deducted from any subsequent refund.
Address Modifications: Once an order has entered the "Processing" phase within our warehouse, we are mechanically unable to intercept the parcel or alter the designated shipping address.

Transit Damage: If a toy arrives with structural damage sustained during transit, you must contact us at info@sugarcraftsman.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier’s timestamped delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged parcel and merchandise, as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
Lost or Stolen Parcels: If the carrier tracking portal indicates a status of "Delivered," yet you have not received the parcel, you must notify us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation and trace protocol directly with the carrier's corporate logistics division. Please be advised that Sugarcraftsman LLC is not financially liable for parcels stolen from a property after the carrier has provided conclusive proof of delivery to the authorized address.
